Clinical nutrition for everyday life
If you have been advised to look after your cholesterol, blood pressure or blood glucose through your diet, you may not know where to start. I help you put that advice into practice when shopping, planning meals and fitting food around your schedule, with a plan that takes your tastes into account.
Support focuses on nutrition education, meal planning and reviewing your habits. Any advice from your healthcare team will be taken into account when assessing how the service fits your situation.
A practical, gradual approach
We will review how you currently eat, the difficulties you face and the changes you can maintain. We can work on shopping plans, reading labels, everyday cooking and organising meals away from home.
At follow-up appointments, we will review how you are putting the plan into practice and adapt it to your experience. Nutrition support does not promise specific changes in blood test results or replace medical monitoring.
What the initial consultation includes
A one-hour appointment to review your habits and goals and prepare a personalised nutrition plan, delivered on the same day. Follow-up appointments help address practical questions and adapt the plan.
Consultations and prices
Initial consultation: €65. Three-session package: €180 (initial consultation and two follow-ups). Five-session package: €290 (initial consultation and four follow-ups), also available in two payments of €145.
Payment is made in person at the consultation. Appointments are confirmed personally after availability has been checked.
Common questions
Can I book if my doctor has advised me to improve my diet? You can ask about availability and discuss whether this nutrition support suits your situation, taking your healthcare team’s advice into account.
Will my treatment or medication be changed? No. Decisions about diagnosis, monitoring and medication remain with the healthcare professional responsible for your treatment.
What do I need to send to request an appointment? You do not need to send blood test results or health information via WhatsApp to ask about availability. If information is needed for the consultation, we will agree on a suitable way to share it.
