Privacy policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026. This policy describes use of the website and initial contact. It does not replace specific information about the processing of nutrition records during professional support.

1. Data controller and contact details

Data controller: Daniel Stifanelli, trading as DS Nutrición. NIF/NIE: Y5152278Q. Business address: Carrer de l’Escultor Canet, 20, 08028 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: danielstifanelli@gmail.com and +34 658 686 322.

2. Data and purposes

Contact and appointments: when you write by email or WhatsApp, your contact details and the necessary content of your request are used to respond and manage the appointment. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or performing the contractual relationship, as applicable.

Operation and security: hosting and security systems may process technical data, such as IP addresses and access logs, to provide the service and prevent incidents. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure. Retention must be limited to the time needed for these purposes and to meet applicable responsibilities.

Statistics and advertising: depending on the choices you make in the cookie manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta tools may be used to analyse website use and measure interactions with advertisements and contact buttons. Optional technologies requiring consent are managed through the statistics and marketing categories.

A WhatsApp click may be recorded as an interaction or contact; it does not mean that you have sent a message or confirmed an appointment. You do not need to accept advertising cookies to get in touch.

3. Health information

When requesting information or an initial appointment, avoid including diagnoses, reports, blood test results or other health data in your first messages. Ongoing support is managed through DIETOPRO nutrition software. You can read the DIETOPRO privacy information; the provider’s information does not replace the consultation provider’s obligations as data controller. Plan data is retained while the client remains active and is deleted afterwards, unless a legal obligation requires certain documentation to be kept. This website policy does not replace specific information about the software, access arrangements and legal basis for processing health data during the professional service. Health data must not be included in advertising parameters or used to create audiences.

4. Recipients and service providers

The website’s technical management is handled by Sants WebDesign. Providers may include website hosting and maintenance, security, email and communications services, as well as statistics and advertising tools when used. Their involvement is limited to the functions of each service. You may ask the controller for information about the providers involved in processing your data.

When you start a WhatsApp conversation, visit social networks or open maps, you also interact with third-party services under their policies. The website embeds YouTube video and includes external links. Google and Meta tools may process technical identifiers and interaction data according to the applicable settings and consent choices. The content of your WhatsApp conversations is not sent to Meta through this website’s click tag.

5. International transfers

External services used, including Google and Meta, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google describes adequacy decisions, participation in the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses in its data transfer frameworks. Meta’s information is set out in its Privacy policy. The applicable safeguard depends on the provider and service. You may contact the controller for information about transfers and safeguards relating to your data.

6. Retention

Initial contact data is retained for the time needed to respond to the request and manage any resulting relationship. When it is no longer needed, it should be deleted, except for data that must be kept to meet legal obligations or responsibilities. Retention of consultation and billing records may be subject to different obligations and must not be confused with the period during which a client remains active in the nutrition software.

Cookie retention periods are detailed in the Cookie policy. Withdrawing consent prevents future operations that depend on it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, where applicable, by writing to danielstifanelli@gmail.com. Additional information to verify your identity will only be requested when necessary. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es.

8. Cookie settings and changes

You can review your choices using the Cookie settings link in the footer. The Cookie policy provides more information about these technologies. This policy will be updated when the processing described changes.
